This educational curriculum includes an Innovative Thinking module called    Breakthrough! for radical team learning.

Breakthrough! is a portable team learning seminar designed to create awareness of the skills needed to effectively create constant innovations in our daily work and personal lives.  Through a hands on experiential learning approach, teams learn to identify the preconceived notions that are stopping them short from reaching their true potential.  Participants learn:

- What are Mental Models
- How to identify, transform and create new Mental Models
- Inclusive Brainstorming
- Consensus based decision making
- Team Learning Assessment Skills
- The importance of the knowledge flow through the organization/team.
