Our Company

The Outside Group, Inc. was established in 1997 as the first Experiential Learning consulting firm in Puerto Rico.  Since then, we have successfully delivered thousands of program hours to over 60 organizations and groups (References available upon request).  We are constantly in search of new and creative ways of expanding our services and meeting our clients constant growing needs.  This is possible through an ongoing process of creating strategic alliances with different organizations and individuals.  We believe that these efforts will add and increase value to our services and will assist us in achieving our organizational goals.

Our company is an active member and has received awards for Training Excellence by the some of the following organizations:  Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD),  Association for Experiential Education (AEE) and The Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).
